HEC Machinery Unveils New Cleanroom Workshop for High-Precision Aluminum Castings

The new workshop achieves full-process cleanliness control across production, professional cleaning, sample preparation and quality testing. By integrating standardized clean manufacturing procedures throughout the entire workflow, Hanke effectively elevates the overall quality, dimensional accuracy and operational stability of its aluminum castings from the production source.

Equipped with a full suite of high-precision testing and processing equipment, the cleanroom workshop establishes a standardized, traceable and rigorous quality control system, ensuring every batch of precision castings meets international industrial cleanliness specifications.

PR02-97 Cleanliness Extracting Machine

Custom-developed for engine components, turbocharger parts and motor housing castings, this station adopts high-pressure spray cleaning technology to realize fully automated integrated processing, covering component cleaning, contaminant film sampling and cleaning fluid recycling. Fitted with a dual-stage precision filtration system (0.2μm + 1μm), the equipment fully complies with major domestic and international cleanliness standards, including ISO 16232, VDA 19 and GB/T 3821-2005.

Natural Convection Drying Oven

Built for stable and precise heating in sample preparation, the oven features a temperature range of 10℃ to 200℃, a temperature resolution of 0.1℃, and a temperature fluctuation tolerance of ±1℃, delivering consistent, reliable heating performance for standardized cleanliness sample processing.

Sartorius BSA124S Analytical Balance

With a maximum weighing capacity of 120g and ultra-high readability up to 0.1mg, this high-precision analytical balance guarantees accurate gravimetric measurement data for professional cleanliness testing, ensuring test result authenticity and precision.

Jomesa HFD Cleanliness Analyzer

Tailored for precision aluminum castings used in automotive and power generation equipment, the Jomesa HFD cleanliness analyzer delivers high-accuracy particle detection for particles above 5μm. It can automatically identify and classify metallic particles, non-metallic impurities and fibrous contaminants. Fully aligned with mainstream industry specifications including VDA 19.1 and ISO 16232, the system provides highly precise, traceable and authoritative cleanliness test reports.
